How fast will you ship my order?

All orders are shipped the same or next business day. Orders received before 10:00am PST will be shipped same day. We do our best to get your order out quickly.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping via USPS Express for a $35 upcharge. You will see the option at checkout. 

Do you offer gift options or gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer gift receipts and gift wrapping. We can even include a note for you. We will do our best to make it special for you.

Do you have discreet shipping and billing?

All packages are discreetly shipped in non-descript packaging from “T LLC.”

Our billing name is Terporium LLC. Packing slips inside the order include the name and price of the items. If you would prefer to opt out of receiving an itemized packing slip, please let us know in the comments during checkout, via email at support@terporium.com, or call (831) 200-3549.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at (831)200-3549 or email support@terporium.com as orders are processed very quickly. We will do our best to accommodate requests received prior to shipping. Once an item is shipped, we can no longer adjust your order. Please ensure you double-check your order details before placing an order.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with a Terporium product you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. Used items and clothing are not returnable. You will be responsible for paying for return shipping. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return an item, please e-mail us at support@terporium.com or call/text (831)200-3549 so we can send you further instructions. You must return your item in its original packaging. Please include your order number inside the package. If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please refer to the question directly below.

What do I do if something is damaged, missing or an incorrect item(s) is received?

If upon receiving your order something is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, you must e-mail us at support@terporium.com or call/text (831)200-3549 within 48 hours of receiving your package to qualify for a replacement. All emails should include your order number, a description of the type of damage, or what item is missing/incorrect. Pictures will likely be required. Please keep all packaging materials for evidence of shipping damage. We may request that you send the damaged or incorrect item(s) back to us. If so, we will email you a return shipping label free of charge and a replacement will be shipped once we receive the item(s). If you break or crack an item after it has already been used, we will not issue a replacement. Items backed by a Manufacturer’s/Artist Warranty will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer/artist. If you prefer to return the item, refer to the “How do I return an item(s)?” section above.

Product F.A.Q.

Are your bangers actual quartz? How are they so cheap?

Our bangers are all 99.99% GE214 quartz that is lab tested and certified. They do not contain glass and other fillers. We can offer high quartz at low prices largely because we do not have a physical storefront, so we are able lower our overhead costs and pass on our cost savings to our customers.

Which of your glass items are imported?

We will always do our best to clearly mark glass that is imported vs American Made. If you ever have any questions on a specific product, don’t hesitate to ask us.

Are the photos the actual items for sale?

Yes, all our photos are taken of actual products. Please understand that all our products are handmade and thus may have minor variations in size, shape, or color from the ones pictured. These minimal variations are to be expected and will never affect functionality. That said, we do our best to take individual photos of every item so you know exactly what you are purchasing! If we change the manufacturer of a particular product, we always take new photos and edit the product listing.

Do I have to heat up my banger with a torch?

Yes, unless you have a puffco or other electronic dabbing device you will need to use a torch. We recommend using a butane torch as it is more effective for temperature control, easier on quartz, and just more efficient for the size overall. It is always important to evenly heat up your banger.
