Monthly Subscriptions
Automatically bills the 20th of every month. The mystery box will ship between the 20th-25th of each month. For example, if you order on January 14th, your box will ship out by the 25th of. Your subscription will automatically renew on the 20th of every month. No obligation, cancel your subscription anytime, and save time and money.
One-Time Purchase
One-time purchases will be processed and shipped like a normal order. So unlike the subscription option, a one-time purchase will ship within 1 business day of the order being received.
SHIPPING
Free shipping on all US orders. All boxes are packaged and shipped discreetly. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If you need to cancel your order or change your shipping information, please contact us at support@terporium.com immediately as orders are processed quickly.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
The Mystery Banger Combo Box and all its awesomeness cannot be exchanged or returned. All sales are final. Of course, if there is an issue with your order, we will work with you!
