Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a Terporium product, you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must return your item in the original packaging.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return. For items under 1 lb, we recommend shipping with USPS First Class Package so that you can save a few bucks and provide us with tracking. Although tracking isn’t necessary for returns, we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in the mail.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, we will email you a return label.

Include a note with your order number and an explanation (ie. I need to return or exchange for ___size/color).
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 2-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Order Issues
If upon receiving your order something is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, you must e-mail us at support@terporium.com or call (831) 200-3549 within 48 hours of receiving your package to qualify for a refund or replacement (if available). All emails should indicate the date received & the type of damage that has occurred or what item is missing or incorrect. Pictures may be required. All packaging materials must be kept for possible inspection. We might request that you send the damaged or incorrect item(s) back to us along with the original packaging materials. If this is the case, email you a return shipping label. If available, a replacement will be shipped once we receive the item(s) back. If your order breaks or cracks after it has already been used, we cannot issue a replacement. If you would prefer to return the item, we will email you a return label.
