Order Minimum

We have no order minimum + free shipping for domestic orders greater than $300, otherwise, a $10 flat shipping fee applies.

Please provide Resale Number or Tax ID to avoid being charged tax on orders where applicable.


All items are individually quality checked before being securely wrapped in protective packaging for shipping. All items come with their respective packaging/storage bags. Customer service cards and stickers are included for every item.

Payment Methods

All orders must be paid upfront prior to shipping. Currently, we do not offer payment terms (Net 30, 60, 90 etc.). We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, cashier’s checks, and US money orders.

International orders must be paid by wire transfer and include an additional $45 for transfer fees.

Turnaround Time

Once we receive payment, orders take 1-2 business days to ship. All items are in stock unless otherwise specified. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the order to be delivered. We will always do our best to get your order to you in a timely fashion. If a quicker turnaround time is needed, please contact us to discuss.

Shipping & Handling

Free UPS ground shipping for domestic orders greater than $300, otherwise a $10 flat shipping fee applies.

If you would like to request a different shipping service or use your shipping account, please contact us and/or include all necessary account information.


All international shipping fees are quoted based on USPS Priority Mail Intl. If you would like to request a different shipping service or use your shipping account, please contact us and/or include all necessary account information. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that their order may incur. Terporium will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.


We strongly back the quality of our products. Exchanges, refunds, and replacements are available if a product has a quality issue. If a customer has an issue with our product, you can refer them to us.


We stand behind our products and want to maintain great relationships with our vendors. Wholesale orders come with a 5-day money-back guarantee. Items must be in a resalable condition. Simply return the merchandise with the original invoice and a note stating your reason for return and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 10% re-stocking fee may be deducted from the refund.

Defective, Lost, Incorrect, or Damaged Goods

If your order is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, save all contents and packing materials and contact us within 3 business days after its arrival. Shipments that arrive in damaged condition will be replaced only after the
damaged merchandise has been returned to Terporium within 10 days of receipt for inspection. Shipments that have been determined to be lost, after thoroughly researching the package through delivery confirmation tracking, will be replaced. For both circumstances, a monetary refund will not be given.

Canceling/Changing Your Order

We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled or altered after it has been placed—we will do our best to accommodate your requests. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately to see if your order has already been processed. If it has not, we will be more than happy to alter or cancel your order.

If desired, we will provide you with product images, videos, and descriptions of the products that you are free to use on your website, social media, etc.
